Solar Power is developing a utility-scale photovoltaic power plant in Montenegro, a market with strong solar irradiation and a clear national commitment to renewable energy.

The project has been developed to high technical standards — site selection, yield assessment, grid studies and design engineering completed by the development team. According to the team, the project is ready for construction and will be implemented in-house, keeping engineering control and accountability in one place.

Solar Power is a Montenegro-based development company focused on a single mandate: taking a utility-scale solar project from first studies to operation — without handing it off along the way.

The development team intends to implement the project itself. The same engineers who selected the site and modelled the yield remain responsible through procurement, construction and commissioning. One chain of custody, from drawing board to grid.

03 — Technology & delivery

Engineering first.
Everything else follows.

Fixed-tilt and single-axis tracker configurations were evaluated against site topography and irradiation data. The design centres on high-efficiency monocrystalline modules, string inverters and a modular plant layout that protects yield while simplifying maintenance.

Detailed technical specifications are shared with qualified counterparties under NDA.
